I certainly understand the reasons you feel unsettled, trying to figure out what's going on. The thing is, no one can really give you insight about your health except your doctor. It's one thing if it's only mental health symptoms, but bring in diabetes and it not possible for anyone to know what's going on.
Are you on any medication specifically for diabetic symptoms?
