Has anyone been able to stop SH cold turkey? Pastor T is seeming like that is what he is asking me to do while Regular T seems to be advocating a gradual strategy. I honestly don't know if I can just stop, on the other hand, the gradual approach doesn't seem to be working well either. I just don't know how to stop. A former T told me that it's going to take as long as it's going to take. Hopefully I am moving in the right direction. Any ideas? Hugs Kit
