Have Hope if you lost 5 pounds then puts your BMI at 24.9 which is healthy. You really don't need to overdo it, to lose that 5 pounds. Obsessing about 5 pounds may help you gain weight. Stress = cortisol. And stress creates high cortisol levels in the body which in turn blocks insulin production and creates insulin resistance which in turn means you can't lose that 5 pounds. So, relax, don't do it. Makes me think of that Franke Goes to Hollywood song, but with stress eating instead of the other thing.
