Tonight I made pork chops, lots of broccoli with just lemon juice( no salt or butter ) and brown rice ..., I added some fresh crushed garlic and chives, about 1 cup each. It was tasty.
Anyone have any ideas about how to dress up brown rice that keeps it mostly healthy??

Finely dice onion, carrot and celery. Cook until softened and then add to rice. Throw in handful of almonds, raisins, pine nuts and shredded coconut.
Add dressing/sauce made with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, red wine vinegar, cumin, small amt of crushed garlic
