Yeah epigastric pain is possible and covers basically every organ. There’s no radiating pain around the back say for like GallBladder, there’s no pain radiating up into chest area or upper back area. he reports it’s more like a Charlie horse type pain.. he has no rebound pain response.. said it feels truly muscular.

It’s actually in the same area both sides.
