Personally I would not do EMDR on-line. I did EMDR for a few years and it helped me immensely, but I found it also brought up a lot on unexpected emotions and reactions, that I needed my T's help to work my way through, before it was safe for me to leave the session. And a lot of how she guided the session was based on her observation of my reactions, including physical. I think that would be difficult on -line.

I think on-line would be fine for talk therapy though.
