Well when I hit menopause I started to have huge trouble with losing weight. It’s rough. I have to pretty much severely limit my calorie intake in order to lose weight. I can. It’s just hard

On the other hand I have a coworker who has some health problems and is on meds that she says makes it impossible to lose weight. But at the same time things she eats at lunch are fat slices of pepperoni pizzas, big bowls of spagetty and meatballs etc I’ve never seen her eating anything even remotely light. So I can’t say for sure but maybe she’d lose if she ate less or lighter meals.
