I hope your therapist situation works out. Are you afraid your new insurance might not cover your visits? If you are, definitely get a list of insurance companies that she accepts. Some insurance companies actually utilize United Healthcare for what they call "behavioral health." So, they basically contract out mental health insurance services to United Healthcare, and a lot of mental health services across the U.S. accept United. So you'll have to do some research on that, but just FYI.

She says she takes everything but Kaiser so that I am not worried about. Right now my appointments are at lunch time because she is right down the street. I don’t think I can make those times anymore. Plus I don’t know if I have flex time anymore which will make it really hard. She talked about doing therapy over the phone or computer but I don’t think I would like that. I am more worried about what insurances my pdoc takes. Those stupid online directories all say he doesn’t take their insurance but I know he does. So it means a lot of searching and phone calls. Plus some things are just confusing with comparing insurance plans. That is why I liked what I have now it was my only choice but at the same time really good.
I am going to try to have a talk with HR today to get more info. I still can’t believe I got the job.
