Hi JustMeABC. Welcome to Psych Central. I am sorry to hear your son suffers from symptoms of mental health issues and has no insurance.
If your son is living independently they may qualify for medicaid or other state supported health insurance.
There are many options including online communities where your son could get peer to peer support. Also a search on google brought up some support groups of which I have not personal experience but may be of interest. Search under "OCD support groups"
