InsomniaViaHaldol intermittent fasting is a real thing and it works. It's not a diet either. It's mostly about creating a time table for when you eat and when you stop eating. My GP told me about it 2 years ago and i did it for a year and lost 50 pounds. I just ate small mini meals (my choice) during an 8 hour period, then stopped eating for 16 hours and whala, weight came off without me even having to work out or lift weights or anything. I walked, used an inhaler but not enough to count it as anything much. Mostly leisurely walks at night during the summer and fall months. But I followed my intermittent fasting for a year and watched the weight come off. It was great.
