Well your addressing your problem(s) with medications

You also have to deal with it emotionally and that needs to be done with a Therapist. An added benefit of getting into Therapy is you will routinely HAVE to leave your home.

Until you address what the mental /emotional part of what’s driving your symptoms it’s very unlikely you will ever get better and be able to expand your life.

Medications can only do so much
