Just in my experience... Sometimes you have to go with the flow and build up a healthy list of coping mechanisms because meds aren't perfect and they will never stop 100% of symptoms. It sucks, but that's the truth for people like us.

I do feel for you though. It's such an uncomfortable feeling. I wish mine would go away, but they won't pack their bags.

I think what may help you is finding a healthy outlet for all of this stuff. I think posting about it on PC is a great outlet, but you can also do coloring, writing, and journaling. Have you tried doing those things during OR right after an "incident" like this? I think distraction techniques are important for living in the moment, but we need an outlet for all of this stress.
