Doing your life events so early and outside of sessions seems scary to me. But, my CBT therapist did not really take much of a history at all. She seems to have done things differently than many.

Why scary? Shes's my therapist in out patient treatment programme.and because of social anxiety she asked to erite everything down, to find out my real problems and to work on them. And also discuss would į need different medication to help manage my symptoms
