I went back to intermittent fasting. The 16/8 kind. I’m trying to do 8:30-4:30 although sometimes it’s more like a 17 hour fast. Also today I ate all my calories for the day by 3. So tomorrow I either need to eat at 7AM or go 17.5 hours without eating to get to 8:30. Sorry if my math is wrong I’m super tired. Regardless I do the 8/16 as closely as I can.
