@WastingAsparagus wow you can run for 40 minutes? You're my role model 😊 I've downloaded couch to 5k app. Will start tomorrow as that's my cardio day. Still running for 1-2 min makes me feel like I'm going to die. 😂😂😂

I was ill last week and spent 3 days in bed but felt better yesterday and walked too. It was pleasant to see the sun after being indoors so long.
