Hello Bella P: Thank you for bringing your concern here to PC. I'm sorry I can't really comment on your disturbing dreams. I think why you are having them, & what they may mean, is something you would need to work through with the help of a skilled mental health professional... perhaps a mental health therapist or a psychologist. However I noticed this is your first post here on PC. So I wanted to at least welcome you to Psych Central.

Here's a link to an "Ask the Therapist" column, from Psych Central's archives, where the writer asked about sexual abuse dreams she was having. Her dreams are different from yours. But the therapist's reply may be apropos. And then, also, here is a link to an article that discusses how to eliminate recurring nightmares:
