WC as always you share extremely important information about vitamins and the importance of dose.
Fasting defiantly will have an effect on our moods. It’s well documented how diabetics moods will change depending on how well their blood sugar levels are stable or unstable.
Yes yes yes the foods we choose certainly effect our moods. Carbs? Carbs are for so many people where we find “ comfort foods” Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, pasta everything. But carbs bogs our physical body down and of course it will effect us emotionally.
My daughter who has Bipolar started fasting close to a year ago, her moods were tilting , she physically felt ill. She is a master researcher and all these problems was expected, our bodies always need time to adjust to changes. Well she pushed through that about 1.5 months into it , then she passed out at work , she has been diagnosed with hypoglycemia so she had to change.. she must maintain her blood sugar, she’s a vegetarian, now that lifestyle helped her moods, she always had trouble with dairy, she found she also had trouble digesting meat. Becoming vegetarian was a huge healthy change.
There are so many pieces to a puzzle when trying to help ourselves find stability, everything is connected.
