Ok I’m totally confused...

Forgive me if I am

I remember some of your first postings about wondering if you have Bipolar
Over many threads you posted about highly elevated and depressed moods and everything in between , again asking opinions, and that’s fine.

Of course everyone advised best bet is to see a Pdoc for full eval.

I bring up the get a full physical to rule out any possible physical issue.

You report good health ,but then , no you have hypothyroidism etc info about differences in medication strength ... Vitamins and supplants info given

Then you report you already had a Pdoc eval exam and Bipolar NOS and you don’t think you should seek treatment ? Mood stabilizers are first meds tried normally, and of course seeing a Therapist to sort out feelings, learn coping skills , building healthy relationships etc

It just seems rather jumbled to me , of course I could have it all confused.

Your asking for advice “ is this BP” well you were already told by Pdoc it’s Bipolar nos , usually a Pdoc wants to observe someone before deciding 1 or 2

If you want advice and help learning coping skills that’s fantastic , maybe I’m not the only one confused about your situation .. maybe type up a quick summary so all info is there ??? Personally I have different advice for people at different stages of “ maybe BP? To BP 1 or 2 and Bipolar nos?!?but not wanting to take medications is fine too , but it also changes advice you may receive.

I think I’ve just got lots of your threads jumbled , probably read out of order too ... LOLOLOLOLLLLLLLLOLOL

Regardless I hope you have a great night and sleep well
