My Midwife said there are many options for hormone replacement and management to help with the menopause issues. I just assumed it was the pill. I still smoke so she wants me to consult with the doctor before she cant take over. I hope there is something because i cant deal with it anymore. Not to be gross but dryness in the nether regions, sweating, hot flashes insomnia, you name it. What other things or types of things you've tried?
