I ate 2 servings of cereal, an iced tea, half a cauliflower crust pizza, an ice cream bar, some firecracker shrimp from Panda Express, and a thing of microwavable mashed potatoes and I’m only at 1,155 calories for the day. I’m just going to leave it at that and hope the scale moves tomorrow.
