Update on my body recomposition. Still eating about 2000 calories a day, over 2000 on my strength training days. First week gained 1, 5kg (but i had flu and was in bed for 3 days). Last week it went down 300g. I'm technically heavier than when i began but I've lost almost 2cm from my waist and also 2cm from my hips. I'm still worried about the scale but i try to remind myself that it's not objective. Still i have to weigh myself daily... When i began working with the coach i said i wouldn't because i knew there wouldn't be any weight loss in the beginning. But it's impossible to resist.
