On a scale of 1-10, how stressful is your life right now? Have your current stress levels triggered an episode?

Me: I'd say my stress levels are at a solid 7. I have A LOT of work to do for my job in a short period of time, but there have been points in my (short) career where things have been worse, hence I am only at a 7 right now and not a 10, for example.
I am unsure if I am in a mood episode or just having crappy sleep, but sometimes too much stress triggers mania. I haven't had a mixed episode in ages.
