Thanks. I forgot. When I'm mixed or crashing, self-hugs, massaging my palms with my thumbs, and kindly talking to myself while slow breathing helps me ease up on myself when I remember to do so. I have been trying to practice them daily, even when I don't need to do so, so it would be easier to remember when I do. But I was swept out of my routine today by my energetic racing mind and forgot them.
