Wow! So many years thinking it was doing something and the years tick by.

Here's a quick summary:

Stop asking for reassurance.
Stop ruminating on past mistakes.
Stop expecting too much of yourself.
Stop worrying about things you can’t control.
Stop making decisions based on how you feel.
