I started my circuit training back up now that I found some insoles that support the ball of my foot properly. I've been exercising this entire time, but apparently not to the intensity level I was used to. I am so sore! It is a good kind of pain though and I know it will fade. I'm looking forward to getting my stamina back.
My eating hasn't been optimal, but it hasn't been bad. I see room for improvement, but I'm not mad at myself for the choices I made. Onward and upward!
