Hope, I am sorry that you are going through this. It must be really hard.

You also said that being off of your medications caused a lot of confusion. Is it possible that you have been contacting him /his staff about other things without realizing it? I am not saying this to be mean. But, if he is saying that he wants to terminate you over excessive contact, it sounds like there may be more to the calls than what you remember.

Do you have a social worker? Social workers can help you with applying for disability, medicaid benefits, and obtaining transportation.
