Don't do it .It may seem to work for now but in the end it will make 10x harder .I been down that road before and it dose not work for long and in the end it made my bipolar much much worst. Any meds. you do take will stop working and you will start to spin out of control. All most everyone i know with bipolar has tried it and they all ended up more %#@&#!-up then they were. Trust me it dose not work!
