Ideally your pdoc and you should agree on a schedule. Failing that most taper schedules I've seen call for decreasing every 10-14 days. But as a % cut going from 100 - to 50 is a pretty big drop. Could you go from 100 to 75 and then down to 50, then 25 then 0?
