I'm struggling today but am trying to work out of it and I think it's working. I realized with Borderline Personality Disorder, I'm typically at a higher level of emotion than most.
I'm easily triggered and have this latent rage that I never understood fully until recently. Sometimes it's either that or detachment for me which, can be painful.
Today I'm focusing on work, my breathing and posture, and positive affirmations for myself, also being kind to myself no matter if I'm detached, or feeling what I feel.
