xyrem (Rx GHB) is used as part of treatment in narcolepsy...I've read 2nd hand accounts of people (I'm guessing with excellent coverage and doctors who saw potential for help...) using it in psych indications.

other than that, I have 0 guesses as to what might potentially be helpful. :-(
Thanks. So, for narcolepsy, it would be Provigil qAM and Xyrem qPM? Or something? I'll check it out. Thorazine, even if it worked, is way too expensive here. Joke, given how old it is.
