Abilify (Zyprexa and Geodon) gave me akathisia, but no other movement disorder. I did have what my psychiatrist ID'd as a dystonia from the 1st generation antipsychotic. Navane (thiothixene). My dystonia was in the form of involuntary lip puckering. It was pretty freaky! I called my psychiatrist quite soon after it started, so he lowered my Navane dose. That stopped it. I ended up going off Navane soon after because the lower dose did not prevent my mania from returning (even with Geodon also on board, at the time). I did not have any other involuntary movements (such as my toes).
