I got on the scale yesterday. It appears that I have lost 4 lbs from my recent high. I'm happy about that. Even my smaller size jeans feel a little looser than they did before. I'm glad to have more options.

I went to the phlebotomist earlier this week. Next week I see my nephrologist. I doubt my cholesterol will be much lower. Sometimes my triglycerides are normal, and sometimes a bit high. I doubt I'll be in any pre-diabetic range, despite all of the Christmas cookies. My blood pressure is fine, which is usual for me. My kidney function is likely about the same.

I really do need to add exercise. Ugh!

My psychiatrist hasn't even contemplated lowering my Seroquel XR. I don't blame him. My mood is pretty good. Historically, I have had mood upswings begin as early as February, but more often in April or May. Pdoc will be in Europe half of February and most of March. He already scheduled a late March appointment for me, and one only two weeks later in early April. I see him February 12, before his departure.
