Uncoupling is never easy. You can get through this.

I am in the process of a painfully slow dissolution. It has been really hard, as my ex kind of thinks she's still with me, at least partly. Kind of in denial. I just hurt her feelings, apparently, by merely letting her know I did not appreciate the fact that when I was sick she did not let me see my daughter for a year. Now, she's mad at me!! Oh well.
