I have pretty bad social skills and i'm having hard time establishing eye contact. Sometimes I try looking directly at my teachers but it always ends up feeling awkward and too intense. Most of the times I just end up looking at the floor.Also I am preoccupied so much with eye contact that I don't even listen to what they are saying. How can I fix this?
