There’s a lot of drama in the workplace between my supervisor and a coworker. It’s Obvious my supervisor does not like this coworker. She’s never really liked her but it really started a few days ago. My coworker said another coworker needed help and the supervisor blew up at her because she didn’t help her herself. My supervisor really likes me and then a few minutes later after she yelled at the coworker asked me if I needed help with something. Despite refusing to help this other person. On Friday When things started going slow she blamed the coworker and used her name while praising mostly me and another coworker for doing all the work. When that’s not even what really happened. I mean yeah I’m pulling people most of the time. This coworker was doing her fair share too though in my opinion. singling out one person instead of making a vague statement to the entire group doesn’t seem professional. She should be careful or it might blow up eventually if the wrong people complain. The work place has become a bit toxic. Should I just stay out of it? This is like what happened at my last job but I was the one getting it.
