I totally get being scared. I'm starting later this month and I'm scared. Try to remember to stay grounded and talk to the counselors if/when you get triggered.


If it's a well designed program, they'll manage the pace and degree that anyone gets into their stories to keep it as safe as possible.

But don't be afraid to quit, if it's too much to handle.


The important thing is that you don't hurt yourself in any way.
