I do individual therapy and group therapy each every week. Seems like a lot to me. And it might be a lot, but I don't care since it's helpful.

If the addictions doctor is at all useful, then why not go? Heck, if it's free. I'd probably take on a 3rd form of therapy if it were free. It's a lot, but it's helpful. And it's still only an hour or so in a given day even if it makes you think a lot. But if you're not finding it helpful any more, it might be worth cutting back. But I wouldn't worry about being too excessive with therapy. Mental health is worth it!
