it sounds like youve been having a really tough time.
i understand how you feel as i go through phases of different eating habits and its just so so hard.
If youre not going to eat, make sure you get some vitamin supplements. I usually also try to keep my blood sugar level safe with juice drinks and lattes/mochas.
What kind of food do you usually eat?
I find that if I eat food that i label as "bad", i cant sit with it.
it might be worth trying a healthy eating recipe from scratch, i find that preparing and cooking healthy food and eating it with someone that i feel comfortable really helps.
