I can’t tell if my visteral makes things worse or not. I take one and things are ok for about an hour, then I need a Xanax. I can’t tell if it’s just the anxiety returning, or if the visteral is causing problems. I took a Xanax half an hour ago and my anxiety is still crappy for some reason. I have work tomorrow but I haven’t been there for 3 days and then I’m off for another 3 days. Idk. Maybe my anxiety is bad because I haven’t been working. Things are confusing right now. I might also need to eat right now.
