I have been told that I have alexithymia. I have a great deal of difficulty recognizing emotions. I just have no idea what I feel. No one believes me. They think I'm lying. But I just guess and say something so they won't think I'm lying. But I don't really know what I am feeling most of the time. HUGS Kit
