I am doing well off my meds - quit lithium and celexa over a month ago. Primary strategy is focusing on mindfulness with exercise and meditation a close second. Diet isn't an issue since I eat fairly well. Anyway, it isn't for everyone but I'm here to say it can be done for some people. I've had some moments but doing well at work at with other triggers like my job and my mom (ugh). I've come A LONG way back to when I destroyed my garage with a hockey stick or threw my trash cans on my roof. Hey, chill magill, dig it.
