Well I was weighed at weight class yesterday,I gained a pound,over the last four weeks attending weight class I only lost two pounds but I gained it back again.I am now back at the weight I was when I started weight class.Today's calorie intake not looking good,I made Balti curry and there's rice and naan bread and I promised myself some ice creme and we are having alcohol later.I have been planning this treat day for my niece and I for ages,so I am going to go ahead and have it.Tomorrow though I am starting strict,no more than 1200 calories a day,from tomorrow,every day from tomorrow onwards and I must exercise every day too.I do not want another month to go by with me not losing any weight!
