I致e now been stable from a bipolar perspective for 6-7 months which is fantastic. Anxiety is pretty severe. I知 weaning off Seroquel under pdoc supervision which is probably why the anxiety is so severe. My pdoc has asked me to consider an AD for my anxiety. We池e not sure if it痴 a good idea given that an AD may destabilise the bipolar.
Anyone have any thoughts?

Psych meds: Saphris, Seroquel XR, regular Seroquel.
