Schizoaffective disorder is essentially a mix of Bipolar and Schizophrenic features. Generally it involves the Mood Symptoms of Bipolar Disorder and thought disorder (or "psychotic thought") associated with Schizophrenia.
BPD is already slightly similar to Bipolar Disorder.
People with Bipolar Disorder often experience Psychosis --- the diagnosis of Schizoaffective Disorder is considered when that Psychosis does not fade.An example is someone that hears voices during a manic phase and continues to hear them after the Mania is over.
I would not weigh too heavily on your diagnosis. It's disputed if Schizoaffective Disorder should even BE a diagnosis.
I would concentrate on your current therapy and try to forget about your diagnosis.
