Thank you all for your responses,well guess what I went to reach for a knitting needle and I fell again flat on my butt I called 911 and they helped me get up.i dont need any bad falls do not want to land in the nursing home again,everyone there said I was not going to fall well big surprise know it all I fell 2 times already one were flukes.
