I would imagine that they did a basic chemistry, liver testing, heart testing and perhaps a Chest X-Ray.

Schizophrenia is often confused with Viral Encephalitis, Brain Tumors, Temporal Lobe Epilepsy, Cerebral Syphilis, Multiple Sclerosis, Huntington's Disease and AIDS. I don't think based on those symptoms you have either.

There are several other diseases that cause symptoms of Schizophrenia.

I have to stress that these disorders are usually only confused with Schizophrenia in the beginning when few clinical symptoms are present. Once these diseases progress the correct diagnosis becomes clear.

Your symptoms are all symptoms of anxiety. If you are taking anti-psychotics they could also be a result of those medications. Have you shared your feelings with your Therapist or Psychiatrist?
