SzPD and Autism often go hand-in-hand with each other, and both appear in higher IQ brackets. I'm not diagnosing you with either, but as your IQ increases it essentially repurposes the parts of your mind generally used for socialization or processing emotion; it makes sense that you would struggle with these kinds of traits. Your mind has to find the extra brainpower somewhere.
