Sometimes, the very term 'anxiety attack..' can cause anxiety!! It is scary how much hold meds have over our personality.....I get attacks similiar to those, although I haven't had them in a while, and I just try to keep close to friends and family when they happen.......(more friends than family.......that's another story...)
