You seem to be aware of where your reality ends and others begins based on the way you’ve shared your experience. I’m not even sure if you’d be labeled psychotic by every doctor. Hallucinations aren’t typically enough. You can for example hear voices and simply be a voice hearer so long as you recognize that they are in fact not real.
