So, if you didn't read it on the check in thread, I bit my tongue pretty badly last night. It finally did stop bleedi g and I was able to proceed with my full workout...i ate some slightly defrosted fruit and some soft crackers last night. Still burned a little, but the semi chilled fruit felt cooling on my tongue....
But now is time for breakfast and I'm a little nervous to eat. I usually have cereal with nuts and protein powder, but I think I'm gonna skip the nuts today because I'm trying not to chew so much or so hard. Really wishing I still had some applesauce and bananas left. That would've been a safer alternative. :/
Hope this heals quickly. I'm surprised. I've never broken the skin before when biting my tongue, so this is all new to me!
